Want to know the CO2 impact of your print?

Where possible, we are able to quantify and offset the CO2 of the paper we use in your print, thanks to our partnership with The Woodland Trust’s Carbon Capture programme.

For small quantities and time-sensitive print, we offer digital printing with a Xerox colour digital SRA3 press powered by 100% renewable energy, for papers weights from 100gsm up to 400gsm in glorious colour, with all waste paper being recycled.

We can print almost anything from swing tags, DL leaflets, A4 brochures, labels, business cards, invitations, posters and much more, and this form of printing is perfect for business cards especially if you have many name changes as it elevates the cost of conventional plates - ultimately saving you time and money.

Xerox are at the forefront of sustainability, aiming to achieve carbon neutrality no later than 2040, and since their baseline year of 2002 and 2016, they have eliminated 320,000 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e).

We also make use of Xerox’s Product Takeback and recycling programme for all of our used printer cartridges, toner and containers, contributing to over 2.1 million used supply items recycled world wide, equating to 4,400 metric tons, and when including equipment/parts related waste was diverted from landfills by recycling, that volume rises to 43,000 metric tons globally.

Lithographic Printing

For large quantity print runs we offer quality 4 and 5 colour B1 printing of high-end marketing brochures, presentation folders, packaging and many other bespoke items, utilising new Heidelberg B1 and B2 presses offering superb quality print.

We strive to offer this service as sustainably as possible too, with these presses and their respective finishing equipment being partly powered by 300 solar panels, accounting for roughly 25% of factory power usage, with surplus being supplied back to the grid. In addition to this, mechanical heat recovery ventilation is utilised to divert excess heat generated by the presses to warm the factory in colder months, further saving on gas and electricity.

All 4-colour printing uses exclusively vegetable-based inks, and the water soluble coatings and varnishes used on press are recycled, as well as all aluminium finishing plates, paper waste, and cardboard/plastic packaging.
